I know. The vague "Thief 3" reference will only make sense to people who play video games on their PC. I'll try to explain it you: Late in the game, these stone golems and gargoyles are patroling around looking to kill you. They are roughly 12-15 feet tall, 10 feet wide, have the strength of an Army, the voice of a 45 RPM record played at 33RPMs, the running speed of a track runner, but the acumen of a common chicken. In other words, stupid, strong, but dangerous.

While patroling unaware of your presence, they utter infantile gibberish such as "Nothing but silence" or "Nothing and no one." The game, however, is notoriously bug -riddled to the point where you could move from the shadows out into the well lit open area, crouch right behind them, and then fire an exploding arrow into the sky above you to get their attention. A move like that should be suicidal but there's a 70% chance these behemoths won't even hear it despite it sounding like a bottle rocket going off.

"Nothing but silence ..."

Watching your segment on FOX where you made excellent, well-versed racket firing exploding arrows in the mouth of the beast (as opposed to behind its back) only for the A-list blogosphere to completely ignore it speaks volumes -- sometimes, the A-list blogosphere can be just like the stone golems in that damned game: selectively deaf, dumb, and blind.
